Such a strong, sweet and lasting scent! This lemongrass oil comes with an additional drop, but guess who dropped some of the oil on the carpet?Yes, I spilled like a third of it, but a week later I still smell the faint smell of sweet lemongrass even after cleaning. Lemongrass is a great add in for making your own hygiene and household products where a little goes a long way. Even though I lost some, I'm happy to see the scent aromatic and long lasting. It's a win in my book.

The dropper cap seals very well, with no leaks, and reliably dispenses uniformly sized drops of oil. It's a lot easier to use than the dropper tops on smaller bottles, which tend to dispense unevenly and sometimes stop working altogether before the bottle is empty.The fragrance is intense, and identical in strength to the smaller bottle of lemongrass oil that I already had. The original cap is sitting upside down on my bathroom counter and the whole room smells great. I don't doubt that this is genuine lemongrass oil and not cut with cheaper oils.This is a very good price for such a huge quantity of oil. This bottle is a great value, and I recommend it.

At $20, this is a large glass bottle containing lemongrass oil. I like that the bottle is large and it’s the 4 ounce one which means that it will last me for a good year, almost since I end up switching between different oils for my diffuser. I had to put about 10 drops for my full tank of diffuser which last me all night and by morning I still felt like it did have the scent left. As such, I would absolutely recommend this if you’re into the fresh lemon grass smell. This essential oil came in large 4 ounce size which is useful since there are so many uses. It has a lovely powerful lemony scent. I put in my hair oil mixture for scalp itch. I put some in my citrus candle for more citrus smell. I plan to make room refreshing sprays and this will be the perfect happy and refreshing lemon scent. I love that it is organic and also smells great mixed into body oil.

Really love the scent. My wife loves lemongrass and I never smelled it before but it certainly has a citrus / lemon scent to it but it smells wonderful. Very clean smelling, not synthetic and the oil seems to be a good quality. It evaporates well in the oil diffuser and the bottle is quite large so the price isn't bad for what you get.Overall, the quality of the oil and the scent makes this a win. I would love to try their other scents like the peppermint and I would be excited and curious to try this oil in soap or candle making or as any alternative use.Be careful taking off the security cap. It was kind of hard to take out and finally popped out abruptly but I did not spill any oil.

This essential oil has a much stronger scent than I was anticipating, which I'm actually okay with. I wasn't entirely sure what lemongrass would smell like before I ordered it, but it smells like what lemon drop candies taste like. The bottles are also very large, so it lasts a long time.I have been using it mostly on dryer balls to make our towels smell better. The only concern I have had is that a white towel got stained yellow in one spot because of the oil, but it was my fault that I didn't let the dryer balls dry before putting them in. But the clothes smell great when they come out, I have been using about 4 drops each on two dryer balls. I haven't run out of oil in our diffuser, but I am exited to try some of this in it once it does run out.If you are looking for a lemon scented pure essential oil, I would definitely recommend this one! I love lemongrass, but I have never ordered it as an essential oil before so I am looking forward to all the potential uses. That said I was surprised by the intensity of the essential oil, it was a bit strong for me to sniff it right out of the bottle and a drop on my arm was sharp for my nose. In my opinion it's got a citrus yet earthy scent combination that at full strength is overwhelming. Diluted into a spray bottle to wipe down my sinks and counters, it adds a nice bright freshness to the room. The 4 oz bottle should last me a long time since it is so highly concentrated. I am especially hoping to use it around my deck to ward off insects, I hear it is a natural repellant for flies and mosquitos. I am also trying it out around my front walkway where I get slugs as I hear they don't like lemongrass. I selected the Rootstar blend because it is a USA product and I'd like to support and see more USA products on Amazon. Overall, I recommend the lemongrass oil, but I don't recommend sniffing it full strength...as the saying goes "you can get too much of a good thing."
