We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Returns
We want you to love your Rootsar oils. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping costs).
To initiate a return, email info@rootsar.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll send a replacement at no charge.
